Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Request

The order cannot be cancelled. Products delivered can be exchanged at our retail outlets or school counters within the stipulated timelines.

2. Order Cancellation by S.R. School Uniforms

We regret any inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may be cancelled due to:

• Product being out of stock or discontinued.
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

You will be informed about the cancellation details, whether partial or whole. We will contact you if additional information is required to accept your order.

3. Refund for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Once the refund is approved, we will process it through the same payment method used during purchase.

• Online Payments (Debit/Credit Cards): A 2% fee will be deducted, and the refund will be credited to the same account. Cancellations are only allowed before dispatch. Refunds take 4-5 business days to reflect in your account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) or NEFT Payments: Refunds will be issued as S.R. School Uniforms Coupons, valid for 6 months, sent to your registered email address.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7-15 days to be credited to the original payment method.

5. Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received the refund within the promised timeline, please contact us. Sometimes, financial organizations take longer to process refunds. We will assist you in resolving any delays.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment. Refunds via NEFT are not applicable for payments made using credit/debit cards or net banking.
